Is the bad side printing anything at all? If its not printing anything at all, and the damper is full and you are pulling ink through the lines, that its a possibility that your head cable is damaged. my .02

Im almost done packing up everything, Im sending the main board, CR board and Driver board down to Florida to be repaired. Randy, is there anyway you can see if there is a high chance that the print heads were damaged? The company wants me to send the print heads as well, but Im nervous...
