Got another problem....cleaned the capping station as you guys suggested. I also did the normal clean around the heads (not touching the heads) and it's banding pretty good....tried a strong clean....still doing it...replaced a fairly clean wiper with a new one...still doing it....what's my next...

I just started here and this is what I come in to lol. So I can clean around all that and clean the inside out?

Took this picture of the capping station. Looks like the metal screens are torn out. Do we need a new capping station? Can we print with it like this or will we have banding regardless (it's banding right now)?

i have been searching but as of right now haven't found anything...hopefully someone else has better luck finding it than me.

They have quite a few templates on there, phones, consoles, and mp3 players.

yeah you could either lower the dpi at full size or shrink the canvas down proportionally and up the dpi.

anyone else have any tips for getting by with a pigment printer for a few months? can i use any of the solvent media with the pigment printer? primarily oracal 3651

Was wondering if anyone was still using pigment inks? I think for the next 6 months we're gonna be using a FJ-50. Any pros or cons with this decision besides print durability?
