Hello, My Vs420 Yellow ink drops...a lot! I keep getting a yellow blob of ink dropping onto the print and obviously ruining the print. You can see Yellow on the head underneath, even after a clean. It’s a new head, a few months old. Any ideas on how to stop it??? Thank you.

Thank you for your advice. It is new head and Capping fitted two weeks ago. I have just lowered to Capping and so far so good. Fingers crossed. I will see what happens tomorrow...

Hello, I have a Roland VS420, each time I get to use it, it has excess Yellow in the print and often a blob of Yellow drops onto the print. No problems after it’s been in use and ink gets used. Any ideas why I keep getting this? Please see pictures attached. Thank you.

Hello, Have you looked for air in the tubes? Sucked with a syringe from the dampers? Disconnected the pump and sucked very very gently whilst caps are up? Caps down?
