Hi, I use a lot of 3M 8518 gloss and Lamex 2mil cast gloss over my 3m180C v-3. They look great and work well together. Don't let the manufactures con you into believing you can ONLY use their products together. Cast is cast in this case.

When we wrap buses we use a long horizontal seam aligned with the windows. When the windows are replaced with perforated vinyl...poof. Seams are mostly gone.

I have the Endurlam 52" and find that backing paper is very necessary. Any missalignment and you'll be sticking to the roller or other parts of the laminator. I would recommend not using laminate that is that much larger than your print. If for no other reason than handling issues after the...

Mutoh 1618 Dual Head V New 1624?! What say you? If you had to choose between the newer single head 1624 (newer epson head, 3 year waranty, etc. and the older DUAL head 1618a (older heads but faster overall speed).... WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE???

I've had a few minor problems with our enduralam but It's been running great for over 5 years (knock on wood). Saved over $10K not buying a Seal. I just cold lam though...No heat required.
