I pulled cap top out and poured solution in top and it came out the bottom? I pulled all little hoses out and ran fluid thru. Still no cyan..

Hello My cyan ink ran out and after replacing with new cartridge, pouring cleaning solution into cap tops, several heavy and medium cleanings and soaking head with swab it stopped printing completely. Help! I have a Roland sp-540v

Hello Wanting someone to separate this for screen printing. I usually do my own, but this is a drawing watercolor. Does anyone know of someone who can do this for me? It will be going on black shirts.

I did a test print through Versaworks and the print came out perfect, so I printed with CMYK instead of RGB and the print came out perfect! So confused.

I would say it's the opposite. It actually RAINED in California! It felt a little humid yesterday, and is when I started printing again.

The shadowing is consistent. When I soaked the head with the swab the dark blue ink got better, the green lettering is smudging the same around every letter. I am so tired of seeing the insides of my machine lately. I will figure out how to do that and try it. Thanks. :)

When this happens to me I unravel the media so it doesn't have to pull a heavy roll. My pinch rollers probably need replacing, but I just babysit the media and keep it unraveled. Hopefully, someone has a solution.

I recently replaced my cut carriage cable and while printer was taken apart, I wasn't able to complete job in a day so it sat unplugged for a few days. I am getting bleeding, smudging, shadowing around the print. See pictured. I used a cleaning swab and kept it on the heads for a few minutes...

Replacing cut carriage cable and clear guards. Roland SP-540v I didn't lower the capping station. (Still never saw where to do that, may be a sp-300 thing) Everything went great. Aside from a screw stripping, don't try to get a hard to get to screw with a screw gun, use a smaller screwdriver...

Do you have to lower the capping station? I don't see where to do that. I have the nut driver with the 5/16 socket.
