I stopped by a local screen printers shop and he was showing me around his shop and he had a machine that would develope the screen. I guess it would project the image onto the screen and burn it all at once instead of using a film and a exposure unit? Just curious what it was...

NO banners and A Seal is not a soldier. So if you do decide to have a banner do not put anything on there about him being a soldier. Do you know what team he was in? Maybe some of the other members of his team will have some input.
I had looked into this while trying to use Corel seemed o.k. We had to quit using Corel there was some kind of conflict with our embroidery software and Corel. If you loaded the embroidery software last it was better but still buggy so we switched to Illy
