thanks for the reply That's the route we went with this. I cut it from 1/4" aluminum and welded it to a 1/4" aluminum plate.

our shop took on some water, so we're looking for just the right side. this is the box with the power/logic boards and the motor. apparently, mutoh wants to sell us a complete unit :mad: we only really need the power board, but the whole right unit would probably be easier for everyone.

Thanks Petepaz...I like the use for it simply for the reduced labor of sanding, priming etc. I'm just concerned about temperatures affecting the material..I'm going to apply HP dark royal blue to both sides and then CNC v groove the copy. Did you use a dark color vinyl on both sides? thanks
