i am printing a large set of decals with vp540 and the art has a black halftone the first couple where good now i am getting lines it is not printing even(i think) i tried doing a cleaning i am printing on oracal 3164 vinyl

just printed a job on the edge 1ediam. label and now trying to cut and the first couple cut ok but as it goes on the laft to right is ok but the front to back alignment is off (if you are standing in front of the controls) any ideas what would cause this or how to fix thanks

gerber edge material is pulling , stretching the pin holes can't figure out where it is getting held up cleaned the pins, thought adhesive residue might be the reason help
