The Graphtec needs a new carriage assembly(about $500). $3500 OBO
Buyer can pick up. Otherwise buyer must arrange shipping.
I got tired quickly of unrolling an entire rolls worth of liner off the take up so I made it a habit to cut it off and remove it from the take up about every other job.
I dont know how similar the 315 is to the 370, but on ours I can go to the substrate library and select the one I want to change, then hit the modify button, then push the the pencil button next to the profile you want to change and the temp adjustment is on the first screen. Also during a job...
I just changed the yellow. No obvious signs of damage to the damper. I got a little bit of ink to pull into it but it won't fill the bottom part.
We haven't used this printer in a while because of the yellow dropping out and so I have noticed Im missing quite a few magenta and light cyan...
Yeah thats the right red but I dont see where anyone has the color value listed. But I did see where someone matched it with Cardinal red CMYK 0/83/74/26 which is close the the chrysler CMYK 0/84/80/21
Seems to me like this would fall under the familiar design category, which can't be copyrighted, as they used the familiar design of the Raptor to create the template. You can't really call that an original work.
Is this an area you plan to grow? If so, it could be worth it to buy a bigger print and cut system like a 54" or a 60". That way you don't have to worry about buying again when you start taking on larger orders. Just depends on what kind of future growth you see in for your market.
The xy adjust makes it read the registration marks and the bar across the front so it can account better for any skew.

It also means taking longer to print. I would only do this if you maxed out on your temp for your material and adding a delay would be less time than adding passes. Personally when I have problems with something curing and maxed out on temp I just add more passes. But if you're not having curing...
I haven't seen a setting that will allow you to find jobs horizontally. Why not just set up small batches like you have in your example and cut using the xy adjust option. Super accurate and we never have any problems with it.
Are you using the Summa plugin for Illustrator or a different program to create your registration marks? Also we always save our cut files as an illustrator 3 file because saving it as a newer version tends to confuse winplot and pick up crazy artifacts and even cut hidden layers.
