Jig saw, table saw or a scroll saw if you are trying to cut out shapes but with any of them the blade is the key to a good cut. The router table is also a good choice.

Yeah I'm goin for a double hip replacement on Monday so your ingrown toenail doesn't sound all that bad. Wishin I could trade ya somehow but, obviously that can't happen. I would go see a good podiatrist and get it taken care of.
