neenah paper products have a line called enviroscape that we do a fair amount with. I'm not sure on its availability in australia but I've used it on both latex and ecosol with success.
I've used rough mark but never for that app. like i said, its gonna be a fair amount of testing to see if they'll hold up. get a sample and stick it on some of the mesh, put it outside and see what happens.
yeah or just going mesh on mesh to keep with the theme. go full bleed black with logo on white mesh to blend it , zip tie to existing grommets within the mesh and bingo bango. problem solved.
yeah i was gonna say I've heard thats pretty hefty chunk for a roll you're using for one job potentially. bigfish is right about the mesh though. that will accomplish all the goals with the added bonus of being able to print directly to the front and still have a white back, not to mention if...
hmm. the only thing i can say for sure is you'll have a bit of testing to do. id start with the highest tack vinyl you got and go from there. how long are these expected to last for? I'm just unsure of the longevity of these, especially because quite a bit of the adhesive surface will be exposed...
yeahhhhh. just the worst. did that with a full roll of material a quarter of the way thru a 164' roll. job was due by 1 pm the next day. that stuff just kills me sometimes. i wish i had two of them sometimes just so i can get the happiness of being able to smash one to bits and then still get...
would vinyl not be defeating the purpose of using the mesh?also not sure how good your adhesion would be on that with any vinyl especially since you will have adhesive exposed thru to the other side. may be fighting an uphill battle on this one.
yeahhhh same here. i spoke with the woman who was developing the white ink system for it, its pretty genius from what i could understand. so excited. they better have a live stream from fespa in may.
gahhh. i can't wait till may to see the speed specs. thats my deciding factor right there. i want latex IQ at high speed so badly. from the booth this weekend everything looks so promising!!!
its a bit expensive but vandal guard overlaminate. we use it for high use dry erase boards. but stay away from seal anti graffiti. trust me. its a great product in itself. but just trust me. stay away.
