When printing white over a dark color, I am getting grey around the white...

Good Morning I add contour, break apart, convert to bitmap, and it turns it into a white rectangle. I have done this with clouds, I just can't remember how I did it... Thanks for your help...

Have you turned printer off/on.. that fixes the problem for me...

I have had the same problem. Roland told me to get a crossover cable and call them back.. I was moving things around while printing, as soon as I moved my phone jack (which is laying on the floor) printing stopped...We made sure the connections were tight, and have not had a problem...

I am opening a sign shop in July. I am just getting all my ducks in a line. This is a sign I made for my shop. Could use some advise, on how it looks. Number is not mine, just a filler. Ok, well the blues did match.. anyway if the blues match, what do you all think... Thanks, Susie
