I love those kinds of calls. I can usually get them to hang up on me in two seconds. That or I keep them on the phone as long as possible wasting their time while I am working away at the computer. Nice stress relief.
Top line of van is curved. Middle body line is not. Measure baseline of text from body line and go. Never use the top body mold of a van for anything other than a tool holder.
Probably not the answer but what the heck. Have you turned the machine off, unplugged it and then rebooted? Do it with the computer attached to it off and reboot the computer after the printer is up again and ready to print.
Sort of screen printing fabric before it is sewn I would say apply logo at top or bottom of bag where it doesn't take such a beating. Maybe you can find a heat press product that might work.
