    Go to harbor freight or some such plus, heck, ebay, buy a small shear capable of cutting 080-18x24 blanks down. Buy yard sign blanks from grimco and cut them yourself from now on.

    Piece of wood, razor blade and two screws. Set blade tip to extend beyond wood to depth that will cut paper but not the film.

    +1, Best case scenario, panel and a table saw. Also a fletcher terry wall mount or comparable for coro, foamcore, etc. blade for panel and table most likely triple chip carbide.
