Is there any way to purchase a dongle for gerber omega 1.54 & 1.56. Saw the program for sell without the dongle. I know it's early edition but just wanted to mess around with instead of flexi sign which I have now.

Started up my gerber edge today to run some prints. First print ran well. Went to run same print again and during the head warm up the display shows a bunch of Chinese (? ) writing then the printing is all streaked and it seems as if the foil becomes very tight.
Any thoughts ?
