I've used the same material Mactack streetrap and 3m 3662 and has been on my asphalt in front of my shop for almost 2 yrs now. Even held up to the snow we had. Yes it has to be heated and rolled, once done correctly, it looks just like paint on a wall. They even make vinyl for commercial carpet.

Yeah, I looked at Exactflat.... $9900.00 for the software is definitely steep. There are a few software programs that can accomplish the same thing, but its more manual right now.

Id rather go back to the way it used to be. Pay for the software outright. I hate monthly subscriptions and this isnt much better.

Can someone help identify the type of vinyl ? My father used some of this back in the 80s in his dash cluster. I hadnt seen it since , untill now. I have a customer who wants his boat redone. Its an aluminum vinyl with a circle type of pattern in it.

My TR2 Roland ink doesnt really have much of any smell and dries ready for laminate in 4 hrs as per 3M and Roland

What if you, Open up the file in Adobe and save off 5-6 pages at a time renaming them. Would that help.

...after looking at his images, I agree with you. That doesnt look like banding. That could be from the rip software. I use Flexi and Versaworks but have not had any issue with it. Have you tried to uninstall, reboot and reinstall your software?

I have a VF2-640 that had some banding issues. I had techs put new heads, dampers, and a pump only to find out that it was a profile. I changed the profile from the Roland ones, and it went away. Also, did you do a manual clean on the heads?

I will no longer recommend victorytemplates as the last jetski template is not accurate in size, not symmetrical from left to right. I emailed them 3 times and they refuse to answer or anything. I understand they dont refund, but at least have their guys fix the template.... but nope. Never...
