Last time i printed, which was Monday, everything printed perfect. Now i go and print today and boom. all the colors are off. The registration marks which are black seem fine and from the photo it black looks like it is in the right spot and doesnt 'run'. what the heck just happened?
i have some golf course signs to make for the holes and we are using the 1/4" alumalite and i dont want to have the sharp edges i would like to put a 1 inch radius on them. What does everybody do to make them nice and smooth and uniform? thanks.

sometimes when i add a file to versaworks i am getting a white boarder around the file which makes it too big sometimes and will add a thin part of the .eps down below. Other times i add a file and the selection box is tight against the eps and the file fits perfectly. What am i doing that...
What is everybodys way of sizing up vehicles in illustrator? i think the max is like 227 inches wide or somewhere around there. I have a 27' boat i have to wrap and I am wondering if i just make it 1/4 to scale then it should all be good right? or is there something else that everybody does...

So i was asked to make a little 1.5x2 decal to put on rain guages for our local Pheasants Forever. i designed and printed it to size. wow it looked like junk. So i designed it larger and then downsized it in versa works. it looked ok but shouldnt a .eps look crisp when printing?
