we've only had the printer from approx last july and only started running it in about august, so nothing has been replaced yet. my tech said to replace the cap tops anytime now which i will do.
i have a jigsaw and a circular saw. i do have access to a friend with a cnc machine, but i only need 4 of these cut so thats a bit over kill. so a triple chip blade right?
whats the best way to get the cleanest cut on pvc?
i need to make some pvc blanks about 8" x 3" and i need them to look clean and scratch free!
i don't have a cnc, but i do have the usuall power tools....... also, if cutting with a power tool, what blade is the best to get a nice clean cut...

i actually apply samples of the material to the substrate its designed for. i have samples of wall paper and wall mural material on my office wall right now. and on my car i have a new piece of wrap material to see how well it conforms to the curves.
hey, anyone know where i can get banner poles with a curl on the end? kinda like the pic i have attached. doesn't have to be exactly like the pic, but something like that?

hey guys, were using the standard cartridge ink supply system.
when i do the next banner i will check and see, but i didn't get any spots on any prints i did afterwards. however, only seems to do it on banner so........we'll see!
