lol... sorry, prepreg cast carbon kevlar. the problem is that it's a difficult material to cut... eats die, crusty edges with cnc, shatters with regular paper shear. next on my test list is waterjet.

well unfortunatly, one of the substrates I'll be marketing is rather rare in the business card field. one of the only places that sells them is in europe and they charge $1,400 for 100 cards. no that's not a typo. i think maybe the edge printed versions will be the most cost effective for now.

offhand i'd say use a radial fade instead of a linear fade... but what program are you using?

I'm still going to at least attempt to find something second hand. there are enough shops closing up that someone shoudl pop up with a copy for a bit of a discount somewhere. At least, that's what i'm really hoping. it's such an expense when you aren't planning on being "profitable" with it. lol
