    OK I have replaced the maintenance station print head and dampers I did a clean it started to pull ink into capping station, I did a couple clean cycles and nothing. Im confussed!!!!!!!!!!!

    I changed all dampers replaced maintenance station cant get ink to pull thru lines. I pulled ink thru dampers with syringe.Any thoughts would be Helpful. My nozzle check wasn't bad. I read people doing head soaks? Not sure how that's done. Thanks Brian

    Cyan Issue

    I have a mutoh 1204 all my other colors are good, cyan starts out good then like slows down putting out ink, Real light like transparent not sure where to start looking for advice. Thanks Brian

    I have mutoh printer and Flexi 12 I had an issue awhile ago with printer not printing good color's, like my black is Brown, someone suggested I uninstall my software. I did that and colors came back, I wondered if anyone else had this issue and is there a way to prevent this in the future...

    I'm printing a job that has two screw holes inside decal, when I go to effects it will show contour cut but wont cut holes.???? Any information will help. Thank you
