It has sometimes when in onyx and you click on each layer an manually change it, sometimes it seems like the flex cut will cut like the contour and the contour will cut like flex. Other times it just cuts always like contour and doesnt lift and drop like it should.

I have also tried sending contour cut half cut and die cut from signlab to summa and they all seem to cut the same.

How do you turn flex cut off

I am actually trying to do this from signlab and the installer can’t get it to work right.

I have had ours for 7 years and never had an issue. Easy to use very basic.

That would be the summa cutter. They are comparable. I think the graphtec does better on perf cuts. But the summa is more accurate doing long runs.

They are coming Monday to go over the printer with us. I just needed it working so I can keep up with jobs until then. I will make sure those get printed. Thanks for the heads up.

You think a good cast 3m or avery wrap vinyl would work? Otherwise i thought about printing on 13oz banner cutting customers logo on a square and then using some uhb tape to put it on. But if i could use a good vinyl that would be cheaper and less of a hassle.

The thing is def built solid. Took about 6 guys to lift it on the stand. Other than that was fairly easy to setup. Still a huge learning curve for me with having a printer and a cutter separate and also learning onyx. The summa is interesting to learn compared to my fc5100 graphtec.

Hp is the grainy correct.
