We do all tiling in CorelDraw. Create a grid of 12 x 12 squares, combine them, powerclip the full mural inside the grid, break the grid apart, done.

We have a "workhorse" of a laminator (25yr old SEAL). Cold/hot press. We only use heat for encapsulating but have since got away from that. Everything we do now is cold press with no problems. Vehicle wraps, window perf, intermediate vinyl for decals and/or magnetics. Matte, luster or glossy.

Takes practice by hand. We use both 48" and 54" transfer manually with no problems. 10-15ft at a time. Do you have a cold press laminator?

We've noticed that our HP 360 prints are out of square. Serious problem when making double-sided signs.
