just go over your caps and make shear they are in place. try to pull a little ink from the heads to the capping station. have a pop and come back with fresh eyes you might have bumped a cap or something
no they can't they have laws about warranty stuff like that.
If 20 bucks a cart is killing you then charge more. let me ask you this if you get the cheaper ink will you pass that to your customers? In this day and age I think not. just stay with the OEM and you will have less trouble.
I say...
well then start pulling ink. start at the damper and work your way back. just FYI my C had a broken nut just after the cart station so look there. The brass nut like broke in 3 parts they will do that from stress they move a little when pumping.
What was the last thing you worked on?
Why do you think you are getting bubbles?
Where do you see them?
How long have to had this printer?
First remove the damper from the head and pull some ink through it. Look for bubbles if you do then not see them move back one more part and so on...
Bad seal at damper and head, bad o-ring at damper and feed line, bad seal at ink carts.mmmm that should do it that the main ones. what was the last thing you did to you JR
ya i might have missed a period in there. hahaha the sponges are more to stop the back splatter. If the printer is pulling ink to the waste gate then just find a new way to re-sponge the caps. If you are sucking air then new cap kit it is.
and it still goes on.This has been on our minds and talking about it a lot as of lately... As of now they say no but in the manual for the 38 it give you a part number. Let me ask you this why do you think you need new ones?
CKMY or cymk what ever you like to call them they are in Canada just so you know. Not Fla like the web site says they might run the site from Fla but ship from Canada. I say this do to the fact that my ONLY order with them was shipped from Canada and when they reshipped the lost part it to was...
I did. But most from what I here wet a lint free cloth and put them on the caps move then move the head over them or you can fill your caps with cleaner and dock it.
I was told mine was moth balled and it was not. $400.00in parts all is well till the new capping station swelled but still works.I have a 48 not a jr
what is the price they are asking ?
