thats so true. Well thanks to the guys at Graphic Resource Systems‏ they have the part and its on the way. On a side note CKMY is also making good. I was sent a e-mail saying they also are sending a new part. GRS took the time to make sheer that the part they had was what I needed. Thanks guys

Well the ink nut that should have been here today is LOST IN THE MAIL. I have the envelope for it right here but it popped out the side and is gone. no printing for me. this was the last peace I needed Iam SOOOO mad right now

I would love to try this printer I have not had a chance to as of yet. The nut that holds the Lc line on the ink cart broke now Iam just waiting for the nut but the little kid in me just cant wait. So instead of having ink go all over the place I was thinking of if there was an off button..
