DL reminds me of the best use of the manual laminator! To apply vinyl to substrates! I do a lot of 4x8 ACM board and it is WAYYYYY easier to use the laminator than to do it by hand. I use it for coroplast also and anything that's over 2'.

I would absolutley place your letters on your work bench like you would hang them then take a photo. Upload it to your computer and "place" the sticker in a few spots then let the client choose the best location. That way you can move it around in different spots and YOU can see what looks best...
