I opened the file in flexi and did not have any problems adding the contour cut line you have to make sure that the contour is set to contour not rectangle (in the dialogue box) this will add a contour line all the way around the design

sometimes the printer has a hard time finding the marks if the media is too shiny. Solution, a simple piece of scotch tape over the mark will help you alot (make sure the scotch tape is not shiny)

like I said before you will not be able to change the lenght if your Operating System is windows xp, but if I am wrong don't hesitate to share how you got it to be more than 63"

if your os is windows xp there is nothing you can do to change the lenght but you should be able to set up the widht to a max of 22.5" in the property box for the printer

when you export in pdf format the file doesn't have to be in full size versaworks has the ability to increase the size of the image without loosing quelity as long as is in pdf

mine does have the image like that too, but the prints always print out just fine
