Here is an example...
My states sales tax is 6%
Harbor Sales is located in MD and on the invoices I get charged PA sales tax. (PA sales tax 6%) It says so on the invoice.
BUT.. When I purchase from Fellers I am charged 8%, more than my states required sales tax.
My question is, am I...
The items I speak of would be shipped in.
I mostly deal with local buyers, only on a few occasion have I done sales out of my state and what I charged the "end users" (out of state) is my states sales tax rate.
Some supplies that I buy and have shipped in I don't even get charged a tax...
I had a question on supplies (not resale-able product) that are bought out of state. What states sales tax rate should I be charged?
I always thought I was only supposed to pay the 6% sales tax rate that my state charges? or am I wrong? Am I suppose to be charge whatever the tax rate is of the...
Thanks.
Another thing I thought of is should I let the graphic set up for a certain amount of time after applied, prior to removing the premask?
The premask concerns me some because it is in the clear premask. Personally I don't think the clear has as much conform ability as the the paper mask.
I pretty much do ALL my installs dry. However I have a Firebird to put on a hood of an old Firebird and I think wet is going to be the way to go. The kit is a stock kit from Phoenix that the customer has purchased so there is a little higher level of concern for me with this particular job...
Actually Harbor doesn't have it. Harbor is where I do get most all my substrates. However they don't have yellow poly, I called and asked and they cannot get it.
when I previously explained take up I was referring to the top roller that takes up the backing (waste paper) I actually just let my prints feed to the floor. However there are reels on the back that can be used for take up.. However I generally using the spare reels to house different...
My take reel up took some MAJOR trial and error calibration.
As my machine is set now, the tension of the rear knob (laminate) is wound as tight as it will go... And the front (take up reel knob) is very loose. I found when I had the front knob wound tighter the take up reel would take up...
Or they hang their prints?? I made some cheapo hangers from pvc tubing, some string and some heavy duty drywall hooks, (see attachement) and hung them close to the walls so they are out of the way and they work perfect. Maybe it is just me, but I would be leery covering a print. I don't think...
Gotcha.. My next question is with covering your print... Will your prints properly out-gas if they are covered??? Isn't that almost the same thing as just leaving them rolled..
I too have the same machine just the "enduralam" version.. It took me some getting used to with the take up reel on mine for longer runs.. But I now have it tuned in very nicely, and it is a good machine.. I have run some single pieces exceeding 14' with great success..
What is the craft...
