Agreed it is a much easier machine to calibrate. We sold a 6'x10' machine with the 16 512 heads and it took a while to calibrate them all.

There are several applications, mostly in the grand format printing space. This would be competing with the 126" solvent machines.

One of the three machines that we installed was the 4x8 with the 1024 heads. That unit is excellent. We are actually actively trying to sell our demo 4x8 with the 512 heads to get the one with the 1024 so we can show the faster speeds. The 10.5' unit has the 1024 heads in it.

Your PF Encoder Disk or Sensor is dirty. It is located under the left end cover of the printer. Clean it with a lint free cloth and some isopropyl alcohol. Make sure not to bend it or scratch it. Also make sure you clean the part of the disk that is inside of the sensor.

We just got ours in last week. It has been put together but i haven't gotten a chance to play with it.
