I like the stroke, maybe a burgundy background, otherwise it's done.

Copy the text and paste it behind your text, then ad a white stroke to it to "punch" your text to give it a cleaner edge for better readability.

I use a Roland, but your printer should do this too, set it to return to origin after printing, don't forget to give it some dry time, at least 3 min, or more if you can, then print right over it the second time, and do a search here on clings, there is a lot here about it.
