honestly i would love just a latex thread in general. it'd be nice to have it all in one place for stuff like that. I'm working on profiles for my 560 now and it would be an enormous help to anyone not super keen on profiling.
I've seen mine make it thru a winter in new england with minimal issue. best I've seen is 6 months. at that point i think that one was more wind damage than anything else. but i agree with banner time. sounds like time to make some more money.
climate and sun possibly. depends. I've seen it happen on stuff thats in direct sun for a large portion of the day. I've also heard of lamps over curing and making the ink a little more brittle than it should be when the lamps are on high like that. are all of your corro prints on high lamps?
ahh well were looking for a middle ground between corro signs and the more expensive aluminum composite. just looking for more options. thats why it does end up needing to be on the thinner side. thanks all!
hey y'all. looking into an outdoor rated pvc board that is uv printable, and no more then 6mm. can anyone point me in the right direction of anything similar to that that would be good for longer out door use?
yeah. shredded our belt just last year and replaced it relatively easily without too much fuss. we just finally shelved ours after upgrading to a 560. couldn't be happier thus far
Hey y’all how goes it!? Just got a new latex 560 and I’m working on setting up a standard 13 oz banner profile but having a bit of trouble with it getting a bit warped and waffling. Can anyone please possibly help me out to at least get me started on the right track? Thanks so much in advance!
