works fine for landscape
my fault for not taking the time to read the thread
this close to the election, i just assume everything is trump/election related
next time i will read BEFORE i put my 2 cents in
We are referring to trump here?
he has 24000 employees all over the world. More than comcast & optimum together. Hiscompany has been around since grandmother started it in 1909. He knows something about creating jobs.
did ink spill on board?
or on ribbon cables?
inks are conductive & cause a short.
clean up with alcohol wipes.
check carefully the ribbon cables, if one foil bent over and shorted you can cause a short
then it is time to compare readings from transistor pairs & find the one that is shorted...
There are a coupke versions of the board
there will be minor differences depending onnthe age of the machine
if the hoard is not exactly where ssignature said, ( orcexactly the same style of fuse)you are still on the right track
there will be 40 vdc going through the fuse powering the transistors
turn the boulder & cut with a concrete saw (“filet” the stone)
use the kind of saw they use when repairing waterlines under a road.
i would call united rentals if i were doing it in NJ. I have seen these saws 18”, 24” & 48”. 48” will cut 20” into a stone. Rotate the stone to complete the process.
we modified an old polaroid copy stand.
changed the angle of the upright so we cando a large image.
added a digial camera with network capability and a good hdmi monitor.
probably my best decision, though was buying a OCE' colorwave 300 on ebay
it scans 44" originals and outputs jpg or pdf.
