Really...your best bet is to use an excellent camera and stage a rescue where the volunteers
are wearing logo'd shirts (if possible) and take lots of pics.
You may find such pics at places like shutterstock and their ilk but they can be expensive
and not truly apropos.

A charity tournament of any kind that has PAID SPONSORS probably wouldn't be "undesirable" even if it ended in a brawl with a 100 cops called out. Those drunken golfers....sheesh!!!
If the franchisor has issues, they have it with the franchisee.
We have never been sued but have sued a...
"What do you want..." has an unwanted space in it.
(Ans: stop laughing) Sorry, couldn't help myself.
What is your projects... [sic] is mis-spelled. Use an apostrophe.
I'll assume you are some sort of Brit. Otherwise "colors" and "favorite" are mis-spelled.
As to the distance thing...
One local distributor near me will only sell paper coated foam board stock by the case because he says once he opens it the boards warp and he can't sell them.
Of course, this is in Florida where we have lots or humidity and warehouses are not air conditioned.
There are many terms used in the retail industry that boil down to "license to use" when it comes to manufacturer's logo use.
The bottom line is if you lawfully resell a product you have an implied, if not actual, license to the originator's logo.
The only place that said implied license...

Not all viruses and other malware will be killed by any defense software if it gets itself
installed on your bootblock.
Google "rootkit" and download a copy of a program that will search for and destroy those buggers.
I used to have a program that sealed the boot block but then one could...
Oracal makes a transparent. I am sure others do as well. Not something I have used.
My swatch books are in my truck but here is the first page I came to:

Last week we had a print order for political signs on coro.
We tell our clients that they can mix and match single and double-sided to get the best

Order was for 100 units 80 to be double and 20 to be single (very small town).
Since the...

being fastened to a blg. side with screws. The failure point, if any, will be
at the grommets.
Proper screws with fender-type washers (you can cover the washers with a
piece of vinyl for appearance) should be used...
SCOTUS developed a 4-part test which it used in Campbell v. Acuff-Rose Music, Inc.
I think the LV suit would fail when part 3.Amount and Substantiality of the Portion Used
of the Copyrighted Work and part 4. Effect Upon Potential Market or Value of the

Guess they don't understand "parody." Thankfully jurists do.
But, hey, LV just won a major case against eBay and they are feeling lucky.
But LV has to understand this will be tried in an American court, not some backwater EU court.
