I can't agree with the above. Our UV machine requires massively more maintenance compared to our solvent (once a month clean) and aqueous (never cleaned in 11 years) printers.
With the amount of complaints about the LEJ 640 on here, I don't think anyone is going to recommend that one.
Typically UV is not the direction you want to go if you want high quality/small labels.
The ColorMunki Photo can do printers, but it limited to 50 patches.
I'd be looking more toward something in the i1Pro range if you value colour accuracy.
You need to tell the printer how much media is on the roll first, then it will calculate usage and when you unload you can get an update from the machine. This is easiest when starting with a fresh roll.
You'll also need to update this each time you change a roll. You can get the machine to...
We've got a 64" RS as well. Please let me know how you go with this. I've often thought of building something like this as well, but ready made beats the effort. Just curious how much fabrication will be required to add to an RS lam.
One of the popular ones is requesting vector artwork. 9 times out of 10 they will print the document to a PDF writer and send through the result... which is just an embedded raster image. Frustrating.
This isn't on the designer, it's usually the business owner who thinks they can "trick" us and...
Do the media rollers spin freely?
We occasionally have an issue with some jobs that will cause the rollers to drag (no idea how or why) and the printer will panic and stop moving until reset.
Most of our clients seem to use graphic designers that only know how to make things look good online.
We frequently get files without outlined fonts, colours way out of CMYK gamut, thousands of clipping masks and so on.
The amount of time we spend on cleanup would sometimes compare to a...

NETWORK -> IP ADDRESS -> set as desired
NETWORK -> GATEWAY -> usually your modem IP address
NETWORK -> SUB NET MASK -> 255.255.255.0 usually
The only machine you've listed that is a true photographic printer is the Epson SC-P6000.
Resolution, gamut and archival inks will whip the other two printers by a long mile.
You've listed too many jobs for just one printer to cover. You will need to buy multiple machines to suit each task.
