I use rapid remover. I just pour a small amount over top of emblem and let it sit a while. Pull some, pour some, pull some, pour some. Takes a few minutes but it will come off.
Haven't run into that yet, but if I did I would most likely put the piece on a light table then use a sharpie and ruler to transfer registration marks for plotter to read.
Depends on product and law. Quite a lot of my storefront installs are for the liquor industry and must be applied to the interior of windows ( depending on anybody's lawyers interpretation of tide house laws). For interior application I print in reverse on clear then lam with white vinyl.

Did two removals of some VERY old toasted perf at 43"x63" (two windows to right of door) and then installed new perf to one of them (far right window) this morning. 1 hour total. I use a 4" sheetrock knife from HD to remove.
7900 series, not fire red, I think it might be cardinal red, I'll check when at screen shop in the morning. Color actually prints a burgundy instead of red straight from can.
