    Offset would be my first guess. Just a guess. Once you get the problem solved, for small letters I always use a weed border with a line at horizontal midpoint. It helps to split the type that way.

    Try taking a fat sharpie and running it down the leading edge of the film. Then load it.

    Place shirt too far on platen, grab by seams at sleeves, pull back to position for print using seam to seam line between your hands as your square. After a while you'll do it without looking.

    When you import file on the custom color assignment tab say yes to cut paths and then on next tab click assign colors
