My guess, you laminated too soon and trapped the solvent under the laminate, which will cause the symptoms you mention, curling and soft vinyl.

:goodpost:Yep, when I had the exact same issue, I replaced the cutting strip and it fixed the problem. I'm not 100% sure what YOUR problem is, but I would try a new cutting strip first. :smile:
