I have had a few similar issue when I rush the cut after the print. I have been sure lately to let the print cure for at least 24 hours prior to cutting and haven't had any problems since.
As I was away for lunch, my cutter somehow turned off. (Vinyl Express Q54) I turned it back on and to my suprise my display read japaneese or some other language that I can't understand??
This happen to me once before and there was a series of about 4 buttons I had to push to get my cutter...
I suggested cut vinyl to the customer.. He wasn't interested... I guess cost may be a factor?? He is too a sign shop owner..
Ken1f, Thanks for the info I will expierment with these setting. I'm pretty sure you can double the pass count directly from production manager with Flexi.

I have a customer that sent me some file this morning that need some back-lit pieces printed yesterday of course.
He requesting me to print on clear vinyl that he can apply to white translucent plastic.
