    I get the error E068 Err Cr Encoder. When I power the machine up it acts normally.... themn when it tries to move the carriage I guess?? There is a jolt kinda thud and this error is displayed... What is going on?? I can't turn my machine on at all with out this happening..

    How could you have printed registration marks on black and have the cutter read them?? NO WAY My cutter wont even read them on gloss silver....

    Thanks. I believe there was some cross comtamination when the old magenta ran out. I did a little charge and now am prinitg solid magenta and it is starting printing lighter. Hopefully it keep getting better. If not I will try your method
