Not sure it is even possible but the vinyl is not sticking to the weather stripping on the door. Is there a way to get it to stick? Even a glue? When installed we told customer it wouldn't last, especially through the winter. We used 180mc.

Just because of the matte finish? If I go that route I think I would do direct print but then they wont be able to clean it with harsh chemicals

is poly air from signs365 the same as BubbleX? Then I could do direct to print.

infiniti is styrene on both sides of foam. He did mention yellow but i will be applying vinyl the the whole face of it.

My supplier suggested 1/8 styrene, or 1/2 white infiniti

They want a design printed over all the windows. Not just covering it for heat.

Customer is looking for menu boards to hang from the ceiling. They want grommets in both top corners. Whatever they are using now is curling and they want something else. I suggested polymetal and they said that it will be too heavy. What other suggestions do you guys have?

Good to see everyones comments. The main reason we are moving is to have more room and be more organized. So all the info helps on how to be professional and yet time saving tips. Now we have customers stop by and stay for 30 mins or longer and that takes up most the day.

These are all good points. What about the customer that wants something quick, or boat registration numbers? I feel like that would be nice to just design there quick easy $40-$60. I do like the idea of having something printed think that is the way we will go. Also having a tv in the entry...
