Another thing I found out is if you have any files with the trash can in front of them and try to print something else versaworks will crash and close. You have to either find the right profiles to get the trash can to go away or you have to delete the file out of the queue.

GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 24 hours later. I just had to import my icc profiles from other computer into versaworks.

Did you ever figure this out? I am having this issue right now since installing versaworks on a new computer.

I just installed versaworks to a new computer and I put all my old jobs from old computer into the Job-A and Job-B Most of them are now showing trash cans in front of the file in versaworks. Any idea how to fix this?

Did you make sure you prepped the wall good before installing? We have run into customers not doing that and having issues.

we use orajet 210 and havent had any problems that i know of.

Not sure if this will help but we print on colorprint easy with TTRH profile, and works great.

I have noticed they usually dont pitch a fit and get you a replacement very quick. Just sad that you have to look over everything you order from them to make sure it is descent quality.
