Its definitly signlab. Opened up the pdf i exported and sure enough looks like garbage.

In signlab the edges look crisp and round, when it goes to print in versaworks all the edges get jagged. Trying changing from polyarc to polygon no change. Tried to export as eps or pdf no change.. Any idea?

I checked for the bidirectional and that is dead on so i decided to clean the heads, wipers, and docking station. No difference. I read somewhere else that some swatches will print like that from rolands colors. So i guess i will find a pantone close to the same color.

Why would it only do it on some colors? I am using roland inks. I never have tension on the roll and i have it calibrated correct.

A lot of my color swatches do too.

Attached is the same file only differnce is the one without banding has pantone colors. The darker one is roland colors from the swatches. Why would the roland colors show banding and not the other?

Yup as long as you had a trash can shown in any of the queue it would crash.
