I have used a lot of the coloprint evolution, pu, and easy. Go with the easy and ttd easy mask.
Had lots of problems getting the pu off the backing. The easy is 100 times better.
Right now the customer is doing it them selves and then i have to redo the whole trailer. If he cant do it i will end up having to do it or they are going to replace the sides of trailer. I was looking for something i can get him to help him out.
I have a 59x59 area of layered vinyl that needs removed. What is the best advice to remove this. The vinyl is really old. Any info on using vinyl off, or any other products like that?
Been using 210 lam for 3m40c. I read bad things about the 8508 or whatever it recommends. What are people using? Should i just use 8518 for it or is that over kill? Then i wouldnt have to keep switching out rolls for laminating between 180mc and 40c.

Great for partial vehicle wraps, indoor and outdoor signs, pop, walls, windows and short term indoor floor graphics. Basically what i was using the 3165ra for.
For wraps we use 180mc with 8518.
I was talking as print and cut graphics.
I have a special blade for it and do the same with using the newer blade. Material is so stretchy that the sharp points in letters are not always great.

Only issue i have with the 3m is when your trying to cut smaller decals out of it and more detailed the cutting is not perfect. Usually have to go through and finish the cuts with an exacto knife.
We have been using 3165ra for small decals to contour cut vinyl for vehicles. We have been noticing it failing more and more. And I noticed it is not recommended for vehicles. What is another good option of orajet out there that i can still do some detailed cutting for smaller decals and also...
I have a vp540 signlab 9.1 versaworks and a graphtec FC-5100-75.
How in the world can i print on my vp-540 and cut on the graphtec. Do i need to buy a new graphtec?
Sick of cutting stuff on my vp-540 and 8feet in the cutting starts to get off.
