unmask, un-group, try deleting the box seperatly. when i import into Illy it does the same thing... i have to RELEASE CLIPPING MASK, then UNGROUP. i forgot what the commands in flexi are for the similar operation. but i'm sure it's the same deal.

Gino... i've done it too... sometimes you can just tell over the phone they are going to be a PITA and it's not worth it for $100.

I print double sided on my SP540 quite often. for that, i would setup the files side by side, probably 4 at time total. and start going. but for 100 of them? outsource for sure. 10-15... i'd do inhouse.

^ yup. it's the best price i can give ME. i hate having to ask the customer this, but after giving prices for 3-4 signs that get continously smaller... "Mr Customer... what are you looking to spend on this?" and that question is usually followed by me laughing loudly inside my head!
