Don't power it up like that. You have crisscrossed the ribbons on each head. The ribbon pairs lay on top of each other. Look carefully at the diagram.

Please send a pic of how the ribbons are plugged into the printheads. As illustrated, the ribbon pairs are moved as a set only at the printhead end. Left ribbons go to left channels, right to right. Also check that none of the ribbon traces are damaged at both ends.

Do a ribbon swap as illustrated and post a new nozzle test. Be sure to power down and unplug for 15 minutes... If it's not clear, ask...

Agree that the adapter is possibly ok. The bigger question for me is why use it at all, unless the computer is so far away from the printer that a USB cable can't be used.

Replace the ethernet-USB adapter. It sounds like a data loss.... Is there a reason you aren't connecting it directly to the USB port on the computer?
