    Nope, I was just saying as it is being laminated the last two feet of the material wrinkles because of the buckling all throughout

    Goes through the printer fine no buckling at all but when we lay it on a table flat it is brutal. Then put it through the laminator and it wrinkles at the last 2' of the print like those buckles have to go somewhere. Doesn't do this with any other vinyl we have used.... I will try reducing heat...

    RE-640, it's not the laminator... We ran the same print on IJ35 and it laminated fine.

    Anyone having issues with this material buckling on a table after printing? All is fine running through the printer. But it is killing me when I laminate.

    Thanks Steve but I still don't get them on 4.6.1.... The profiles I have are either too saturated or not enough saturation.

  15. sp540 cut/print waaay off

    I used to have a sp540, darn things are tough to print, lam and cut. Try turning off the heat setting. Now have a Re640 with a gx640 and I can cut up to 15' spot on. Knock on wood! I never really had much luck with the sp540
