Bottom looks like a canon iPf. Good high quality printer for indoor prints. Head is bad I'm sure, I think for that printer they are around 600-800

I have a customer that I am working on a sign for, it's not really that large but there will be red LED effect behind the sign. I really don't want to but red LED's I would rather buy white since I will not be using all of them. Can they be wrapped in red transparent sign vinyl for the effect?

Getting basic shapes routed by others is getting expensive, going to cut an oval with either 6MM PVC or possbily max metal. Any tips? I would appreciate it. Also, any nice brand of saws or any to stay away from?
