Most sign suppliers should have orange coroplast in stock. yes, you can screen print on vinyl. Just make sure you use ink that cures at room temp. Don't try and run vinyl through an oven.
Do you have to put it directly to the wall? If you print, lam, and apply to a sub straight than you are just talking about 14 signs. Easy and a lot less expensive.
If you already set up a contour cut line than feed it back in the machine at no more than a 5 degree angle. go back to the file in versaworks and set it to "cut only". the printer should do the rest. If not you can set one up and reload the file. if you just need it cut at the crop marks click...
