    thanks but still not working OK I tried both encoder set ups and both failed. I fliped the endcoder strip and cleaned it, still failed. I also did the enviro match and failed again, anything else I can try? I ended up buying another roland sp300v, but would to have the sp300 as a back up...

  12. Windows 7 X3 CutContour tried everything

    I believe "CutPath" is for color rip and "CutContour" is Versaworks I just switched to windows 7 and I dont see the ants in versaworks but the cut path is there and does cut. I would check to see that you have it set to print & cut and not just cut ...... hopes this helps...Jr
