    probably rowmark, johnson plastics sells it in 12x24. They call this size a quarter sheets because a whole sheet is 24x48. That color blue, solid core, is from their ADA Alternatives line, PN# 341-501 for 1/8"... any trophy/engraving weenie can laser cut the blanks for you.

    you pull out one of the dampers and pull the ink from there. also, from the two lines on the bottom of the capping station. I bet your capping station is completely gunked up.

    I get a blank now and then, usually when the customer has given me no parameters and/or no deadline. I work best with clear, precise instructions and a hard deadline. I REALLY hate it when the custy tells me what they want... I draw it, and then they say they want something completely...

    print the whole thing and then lam with wypet (Fellers Dry Erase Laminate). second the sintra/pvc tip. Doesn't cost that much more, and alot smoother and professional looking. Be SURE to tell them "NO SHARPIES!!" Maybe even write on the back on a label.
