  1. Illustrator "outline view" vs. corel "Wireframe view"

No. It is showing you exactly what it asked you to show it, which is a wireframe outline of every vector object in the layout. It has nothing to do with whether there is a stroke applied to the vector line or not.
  2. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Hong Kong was always slated to return to China, though it was a much different China that got it back than the one that leased it to the British.
  3. Epson S80600 feeder spool running twice as fast as take-up spool

The feed spooler not only allows material to feed from the roll, it also turns back to apply tension. Sounds like yours wasn't turning back. Maybe you accidentally hit the switch for reverse wound material?
  4. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Taiwan is NOT part of China. It is where the Chinese royal family escaped the Communist insurrection. (Funny, that word. On January 6, 2021 it was viewed as a bad thing and the "insurrectionists" needed to be hunted down and locked up for a long time. But here we have leftists saying that the...
  5. using ChatGPT for sign design and logos

The designs fail on big prints because what you get is something like 640x320 pixel image.
  6. Techniques with vehicle wrap / livery

I take it you are using something like Avery Conform Red Chrome wrapping file for the chrome red. If that's the case, here's what I would do: 1. Wrap the trunklid with the chrome red, then apply the white stripes and the logo and number. 2. Wrap the side with printed and cut white vinyl that...
  7. Techniques with vehicle wrap / livery

Are you putting the red and white and logos and lettering on a green Mini? Are you using cut vinyl? Printing? Wrap materials with air release or not?
  8. Font ID

OPTI Triplett Bold Agency Very squished for the upper line.
  9. Having hard time with small print

Your profile is wrong for the material. The green should not be all grainy like that, and it definitely is overinking the black. In addition the barcode should not have bumpy lines.
  10. Acrylic sign without standoffs

    Mirror mounts?
  11. Pressing issue

That looks like it has some kind of bunching in the pad underneath the garment.
  12. using ChatGPT for sign design and logos

AI doesn't seem to be useful at all in what I've tried. I have yet to see any which gives you a picture that is high enough resolution to use on a sign. And trying to get it to give me the picture I want seems nigh unto impossible. The only useful AI I've found was with an adobe online one and...
  13. Setting up a new business for my Daughter

You need to get her an account with a sublimation supplier. They will have the templates for the items she is personalizing. Conde and JDS are the two I have used.
  14. Post and panel installation

The question you have about how to attach the sign to the post is the reason why the kits exist. If you use a kit, they are made to hold the 3mm or 6mm ACP by slotting a PVC post with hardware that keeps it from moving. That type of kit there is no lumber involved. If you're going to use a 4x4...
  15. Suggestions What kind of studs should I use to install 1/2" acrylic numbers to limestone?

You can buy a bag of studs from the manufacturer of the letters.
  16. Illustrator Alignment fail.

I saw the key object button but it definitely not intuitive which object was the key object nor how to make one of them the key. Another example of Adobe UI counterintuitiveness for the win!
  17. Illustrator Alignment fail.

I just tried that and it appears not to work. There is an align to selection button, but selecting it doesn't align one on top of the other; it aligns them to the same baseline. Aligning them horizontally works.
  18. US Tariffs, Sigh!

The gaslighting is great from the Left.
  19. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Why would I eat the cost on a price increase? I am not a charity. Price increases are price increases. We don't have to explain them to anybody.
