You need to get her an account with a sublimation supplier. They will have the templates for the items she is personalizing. Conde and JDS are the two I have used.

I just tried that and it appears not to work. There is an align to selection button, but selecting it doesn't align one on top of the other; it aligns them to the same baseline. Aligning them horizontally works.
